Please be aware that space for the symposium is limited, and registration will close once capacity is reached. Participation is granted on a „first come, first served“ basis, so we strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot. Registration is mandatory for anyone wishing to submit an abstract.

The registration fee includes access to all symposium talks and events, as well as lunches, coffee breaks, the reception, and the conference dinner. Please note, however, that accommodation is not included in the registration.

For accommodation options, please refer to the list of recommended hotels under Accommodation. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. We kindly want to point out that due to the Mozartfest, that takes place in Würzburg at the same time, there will be more people looking for a hotel than usual.
